Hear Me Out is a charity that delivers music and creative workshops with asylum seekers and refugees, helping people feel valued, heard and connected in deeply isolating circumstances. They  provide practical and emotional support to people as they navigate the asylum system.

Through their community exchange programmes, they help to build bridges between migrants and local communities, shift public attitudes, promote social inclusion, and support individuals to grow personally and creatively in the face of hostility.
