WHPK 88.5 FM, a University of Chicago volunteer / community run radio station has been broadcasting to Chicago's Hyde Park & Kenwood neighborhoods since March 22, 1968. 

Giovanna Boffa hosted weekly Friday morning shows there for a year or so, featuring spoken contributions from several current and former WHPK hosts. This show offers a glimpse into the station’s rich history and a preview of its future.
