Every month, Zaereo unveils fresh music from across the world on New Voices, featuring an artist who will delve into their record, sound and inspirations.

Zaereo is a radio host, DJ and curator currently based in London with close ties to her past European homes. Connecting international rock, jazz and all manner of experimental meditations, she holds a proper place for the sounds of the global South and cross-cultural exchanges.

This month she speaks with young São Paulo-based multi-instrumentalist and producer, Valentim Frateschi about his debut solo record Estreito on Seloki Records, plus lots of new psychedelic-forward sounds.
