WW Istanbul is back with Ahu with a special selection of both new and old music from Istanbul, Turkey. For this show, she will be joined by Ferit Odman and Flytones.
Singer, DJ and songwriter Ahu has written songs with Flying Lotus (Roberta Flack), Mr. Beatnick, Emanative, Miles Bonny and many more. She released her own single “To:Love”, produced by Paul White and Dimlite also supported by Thom Yorke.
As a DJ Ahu played at festivals like Sonar, Brainfeeder and clubs like Plastic People, Baltic Room, East Village also at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards in 2011. In 2013, her track Turn The Lights On used by Prada, Miu Miu on Ava DuVernay’s The Door. Ahu also did a track for Amnesty International for Woman's Rights and many more to come. Her new single will be out on Sony Music in May.
